WAIST TRAINERS

(Measure the narrowest part of your abdomen, and the widest part around your belly button, in the morning, after you use the restroom. Do not pull the measuring tape taut. This will give you a false measurement).

2XS : 25”-27”

XS : 28”-30”

SMALL : 31”-33”

MEDIUM : 34”-36”

LARGE : 37”-39”

XL : 40”-42”

2XL : 43”-45”

EXAMPLE: A woman measuring 34” as the narrowest part of her abdomen (SIZE M) and 40” as the widest part (SIZE XL) settled at a ksrchiFIT size large.

Another woman, who was a waist training beginner, measuring 39” as the narrowest part of her abdomen (SIZE L) and 41” as the widest part (SIZE XL) settled at a ksrchiFIT size XL.

Torso Length: ksrchiFIT torso lengths are currently sold only in the medium torso lengths (11.5”). Women with short torsos (9”) or back folds may feel most comfortable in a short torso length waist trainer. This will avoid folding of the waist trainer and any “digging” that could be experienced.

Women with more belly fat, or a “fupa”, or long torsos (13.5”) may feel most comfortable in a long torso length waist trainer.

Short women can have long torsos and tall women can have short torsos (like myself). Take this into account when selecting your size.

SWEATBELTS 

For Reference:

At a 30” waist, I wore size SMALL in ksrchiFIT sweat belts. At a 26” waist, I still wore size SMALL in ksrchiFIT sweat belts. In both circumstances, it fit comfortably. This is because ksrchiFIT sweat belts includes adjustable velcro straps.
