How long did it take you to start seeing differences?

With ksrchiFIT waist trainer, I saw differences in my waist in around 2 weeks. Some people lose 2-4 inches from their waistline in around 4 weeks. When appropriate exercise and diet is incorporated, 4+ inches can be lost.

With ksrchiFIT sweat belts, I saw differences in bloating and water weight within 3 days.

I’ve been wearing my waist trainer consistently (everyday for 6-8hours) for 2 months and haven’t seen any results.

You can send in your measurements and pictures of your waist with and without the waist trainer to info@ksrchi.com. Recommendations will be given.
Sizing is where people can get confused. Check out ksrchiFIT “Size Guide ✂️”.

This is my first time waist training. Should I start off wearing it for 6-8 hours a day?

When you first start out with waist training, start off slowly. For the first week of waist training, you can start off with wearing your waist trainer for 1-4 hours a day. Your waist trainer may be too small if you find it difficult to move on to the 6-8 hours a day after one week. And it may be too big if you can easily do 5-8 hours a day during the first few days of waist training. Listen to your body. If you are still unsure, send in your measurements and pictures of your waist, with and without the waist trainer, to info@ksrchi.com.

Can I workout with my waist trainer on the 1st row of hooks if I’m on the last row?

It is not advisable. ksrchiFIT sweat belts are most appropriate for exercising in. ksrchiFIT sweat belts stimulate sweating, accelerating the belly fat burning process to shape & reduce the waist and abdomen. The adjustable velcro straps are easy and quick to remove during exercise.

What is the difference between a waist trainer and a sweat belt? I’m new to this and recently bought a waist trainer that was too small. Would I be better off buying a sweat belt?

Waist trainers are used to help you slim down your waist line, giving you a curvier silhouette. They help with water weight, bloating, and to stimulate bowel movements. Waist trainers help to control your appetite — if losing weight is your goal. If your goal is to gain weight, you can simply take it off while eating. It helps to relieve back pain, improve posture and keep you looking more confident. Though, waist trainers are not suitable for working out in.

Sweat belts, on the other hand, are worn when exercising/ weight lifting to increase your stomach’s thermal activity, stimulate sweating, and thus accelerate the belly fat burning process to shape & reduce the waist and abdomen. They can be worn while bulking to help maintain your waist. They offer great back support. They also help to improve bloating and water weight. Though, they do not help you to achieve a curvier waist line, if that is not what you naturally have (ie. if your waist is more “straight” than “cinched in”).

Do I have to workout to see results from the sweatbelts or waist trainers you sell?

It is different for different individuals. Best results are achieved when diet and exercise are incorporated.

How do I wash my waist trainer?

Is it okay for my waist to hurt after using the waist trainers?

You are going to experience some discomfort newly wearing any waist trainer that fits you correctly. You should not be in pain. If any discomfort persists more than 5 minutes after taking a waist trainer off, you may be wearing the waist trainer for too long or the waist trainer may be too small. It is not mandatory that you wear your waist trainer for 6-8hours. Listen to your body. If you have any concerns, consult a professional.

What else would you tell us about waist trainers?

Keep in mind, waist trainers’ purpose is mostly to SHAPE you. Though it plays a role in helping people with (1) stomach fat, and a bigger role in (2) bloating and (3) water weight. Incorporating exercise and diet, ALONG SIDE waist training, cultivates best results. Some people DO see results from waist training alone. I did.

Think of waist trainers as you would teeth braces and retainers.

The waist trainer is for helping you to increase your waist-to-hip ratio, helping you to achieve a curvier silhouette.
