Return Policy

Hair Extensions

For hair extensions purchased from our store, we offer a 14-day "no questions asked" return period. Customers can return unopened, unused, unmodified hair extensions in their original, resalable condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the hair extensions to the seller. All returned hair is inspected before any refund issued.

Faulty items

If the customer believes that their hair extension arrived faulty or misdescribed, please contact info@ksrchi.com. Where a hair extension is proven to have arrived faulty or misdescribed, the customer has the right to request a replacement, price reduction or refund, regardless of the 14-day return period and up to 2 years post-delivery.

Waist Trainers

For waist trainers purchased from our store, we offer a 14-day return period.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Items: Waist trainers that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund.

Opened Items: Waist trainers that have been worn may also be returned, provided they show no signs of damage. We will assess the condition of the item upon return.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

We reserve the right to inspect returned items and may deny a return and/ or refund if:

- The item shows signs of damage, such as:

- Significant stretching or deformation of the fabric

- Tears, piercings or punctures

- Damage to the boning or structural elements

- The item has been altered or modified in any way.

Where a waist trainer is proven to have arrived faulty or misdescribed, the customer has the right to request a replacement, price reduction or refund, regardless of the 14-day return period and up to 2 years post-delivery.

Customer Responsibility for waist trainers and hair extensions

Customers are expected to use waist trainers and hair extensions in a reasonable manner. Damage caused by improper use, excessive strain, or alteration of the product may void the return and refund policy.

Customers are expected to cover return costs unless the item is faulty, misdescribed or damaged during shipping.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of accepting a return.

Shipping Damage

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately through email: info@ksrchi.com. We will assess the situation and may offer a refund or replacement. We recommend that customers inspect their items upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us at info@ksrchi.com.

Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers will need to follow our return policy for any items they wish to return after delivery.
